Tracy Embleton and The Professionals Property Plus team have looked after our property since 2015 and have always been outstanding for both us and the tenants. Bond queries are always fair on both sides When some items may be missed the agent even takes this on and sorts herself in some minor cases without charging either side ! When maintenance is needed, our agent Tracy often gives good recommendations we wouldn't have thought of that save money and get a better job done (e.g grouping work orders to a single trade when would often be multiple call outs) Advice is always spot on too Thanks Property Plus team
