An understanding of the local market, the location and buyers requirements has set Don up as the right person to sell our home. Don spent time getting to know us first, which gave us a chance to get to know him. Selling a home is not something we do every day so we appreciated Don's approach. We progressed at our pace as we felt happy to do so. Our home was always going to sell as it presented well in a market short on supply, but getting the best offer in a reasonable time is not guaranteed. So we were very happy with the offer received after the first home open (invitation only) which eventually became the successful offer after a bit of further negotiation.

We selected Don for his well known experience in selling real estate in the Willetton and Parkwood suburbs. Although it was a depressed market at the date of listing Don was optimistic that the unit could sell for a reasonable price and his suggested price was substantially above other quotes we had received. We appreciated the amount of time Don allocated to open days and his prompt feedback after each opening. The unit was well advertised and the signage outside the unit was well placed and of a high standard. It was reassuring having a representative who had displayed a high professional standard at all time and gave sound realistic advice.
