Before we selected Don to be our real estate agent, another real estate agent came to our house to do an appraisal who didn’t give us any confidence compared to the knowledge and professionalism we got from Don. We only had 4 weeks to sell our house. He sold it in two at a price that was fair to buyer and seller. He worked tirelessly, even did 3 home opens with his arm in a sling. He used his contacts to help us achieve our goal. He was working tireless even after hours - contactable at 8pm one day and sent email to me at 4am another day. He was a pro before many of the others were born and you can tell. I would use Don again to seal the next real estate deal.

this review is related to sale of my house in Shelley, done by Simona Frew. Simona warmth and smile personality reflects her professionalism. We were very easy in communication and Simona was available 24 x7 hrs to interact and respond very quickly. She provided guidance from early stage to ensure our home listed much before Christmas/New year break. She did it at right time and attracted more than 75 buyers which was amazing. Her selection of furniture and photography idea was excellent. She tackled buyers and gave a good option to go ahead although we fall behind the expected price. But we are happy with market best price, she negotiated. We are very happy overall process with Simona, feel like a family who communicated and provided guidance, coordinated with buyer/settlement agents nicely. I can give her 10 out 10 score.
