Don Asplin was great to deal with. Initially Don sat down with us and explained the sale process and what we could expect from him in regard to selling our house. He explained all the costs involved in selling. There were no hidden extra costs. Don explained that he was working for us and he certainly did that in a very professional manner through the whole sale process. Don had great experience and knowledge on the preparation of getting a house ready for sale and he explained what we needed to do to obtain our goal. We followed his lead. Don engaged a very experienced photographer to take the house photos and the photos were great. Don achieved with the sale price what he and my wife and I thought our house was worth in the current market. He worked hard to make sure he achieved that. Before we selected Don to be our real estate agent, another real estate agent came to our house to do an appraisal who didn’t give us any confidence compared to the knowledge and professionalism we got from Don. We only had 4 weeks to sell our house. He sold it in two at a price that was fair to buyer and seller. He worked tirelessly, even did 3 home opens with his arm in a sling. He used his contacts to help us achieve our goal. He was working tireless even after hours - contactable at 8pm one day and sent email to me at 4am another day. He was a pro before many of the others were born and you can tell. I would use Don again to seal the next real estate deal.
