Professionals at Mackay have provided great service managing our Unit in Mackay. They are quick to respond to communication, have ensured minimal down time between tenancies, provided detailed maintenance reports and have attended to any property items promptly. When agreements were close to completion, the Agency has been proactive seeking agreement extensions or advertising and interviewing new tenants.
