Don’t pay attention to up and come vacancy ,did advertise one of my units for 3 weeks after I asked them too Only because I called to see what was happening no follow up calls ,then they advertised Had to follow up my self as to when new tenant was moving in ,told one date and found out after that date it didn’t happen Only been handling my property’s for 2 months not a god start may look for an alternate agent if they don’t lift there game Paul
