My house in Mackay is managed by Professionals team and I’m very happy with the service so far. Recently my house was up for a lease and Rebecca who is property manager for my house helped me secure a good tenant in very less time. Rebecca is incredible in house inspections too and made sure that previous tenant addresses all issues in the house before handing over the bond. Rebecca also communicates everything on time regarding all matters to the property…really happy with the service.

We always get prompt and good service from the Professional Team always keeping us informed and up to date with our tenants. Sandra from day 1 has been able to answer all questions and guided us professionally. We often ring her about the statements as they are not the best. Improvements could be made in this area. The team at Professionals Mackay have been fantastic from the outset. I initially spoke with Rhiannon, who provided a wealth of knowledge. She knew her stuff, and made complicated things easy to understand. We then met Rebecca, who would be the best of the best in Property Management. She is on top of everything involved with managing our property, and I mean eveything. She makes you believe that we are her only client. Nothing is a problem for Rebecca.
