The rental process was smooth and resulted in a good rental outcome. I was always please to be advise about the new Qld rental requirements i.e. an owner is know only able raise rentals once every 12 months. Rhiannon also was proactive in replacing my existing gardener who was un reliable and expensive. The new group I was advised has a good reputation and was 50% cheaper! A very good oucome and excellent work. Wanted to thank Rhiannon and Rebecca for their excellent service. Well done!

We were able to view the property last minute with Rhiannon (Leasing Specialist), we placed our application in and she was very prompt with our questions and turn around time for approval. Having contact with our property managers Jason and Madonna has been fluent and have responded to our requests almost immediately! The contact between the property managers and owners also has a great response turn around time! This is the second property we've rented through Professionals, with Rebecca being our first property manager and I had the same great experience through her also! Definitely recommend Professionals! :)
