A challenging task, masterfully done
As a seller, it was confronting to see what was involved when listing our property. Patty made this process extremely straight forward and easy for us while simultaneously selling our house for a LOT higher price than we expected. I highly recommend her sales ability and professional skill in the real estate industry. She demonstrated fantastic communication throughout the entire settlement and she would go to extreme lengths to ensure a satisfactory outcome was achieved for all. 10/10
