Satisfied with the help.
It was one of my greatest experience selling my home with Patty. It was not easy since I had lost my husband recently, but Patty helped me along the way. She was very professional about everything, very understanding and trustworthy, always updating me every week. Always communicating and answered every question when I didn't undetstand. Second to None
I engaged Patty to sell my Investment Property after it was on the market with a couple of other agents for quite a period of time without any reasonable offers. Patty went about her job with ease , showing more buyers through in a few weeks than the previous 12 months on the market. Patty brought a acceptable offer from a first home buyer , now we have new neighbours .

Good agent
Sold our house quickly and efficiently however I was not impressed that she gave us a sale price to begin with only using current market value, not having viewed the house itself. Negotiations tended to lean towards the buyer however she respected our requests and decisions and backed them in the negotiations. Communications were quick with minimal lag time and our house sold in 40 days from sale contract to hand over, Patty was very keen and efficient.
