Kirsteen sold the property within a few days of it being placed on the market, for the amount desired, in an unconditional 30 day settlement contract; a truly fantastic result. I had the pleasure of utilizing Professionals Ryder Real Estate for 7 years, they were the managing agent for my property and during that time they achieved 100% occupancy for my investment. This was combined with consistent communication from their entire team in relation to my property's condition and maintenance requirements.
