We decided to sell our property after 30 years. We wanted an Agent that we were comfortable with and picked "Professionals" Ryder Real Estate. My Wife contacted Ryder Real Estate and She was fortunate enough to speak to Mark. We had first met Mark more than 30 years ago when we were first looking to buy in Australia. Once my Wife had made contact,Mark came to see us at home, gave us an appraisal we were more than happy with and a concise explanation of the sales process and fees. He obviously had a number of potential buyers on his database and within 48 hours we sold the property rather than taking it to auction. From the moment Kirsteen came out to appraise our home, we knew she was the agent we were going to use. She gave us good advice/recommendations, she was reliable, friendly, confident and most of all did not pressure us or make us feel uncomfortable, unlike other real estate agents in town. The advertising deal was great, the photos looked amazing, and they did a virtual tour of our house! It was impressive! Within 24 hours of being live on the market we had an offer better then expected. Kirsteen made the whole process stress free by explaining everything clearly, keeping in contact, and answering all my questions, even the silly ones! She helped us pick a conveyancer, arrange my section 32s and went through everything in the contracts thoroughly. We cant thank her enough. Anyone looking for an agent, please do not look anywhere else. Best Agent we have ever dealt with. Look forward to any future dealings with her.
