From the moment Kirsteen came out to appraise our home, we knew she was the agent we were going to use. She gave us good advice/recommendations, she was reliable, friendly, confident and most of all did not pressure us or make us feel uncomfortable, unlike other real estate agents in town. The advertising deal was great, the photos looked amazing, and they did a virtual tour of our house! It was impressive! Within 24 hours of being live on the market we had an offer better then expected. Kirsteen made the whole process stress free by explaining everything clearly, keeping in contact, and answering all my questions, even the silly ones! She helped us pick a conveyancer, arrange my section 32s and went through everything in the contracts thoroughly. We cant thank her enough.
