I recently purchased a property in Busselton where the selling agent was Martin Puff. Whilst Martin clearly had the seller’s best interests at heart through the entire process, I gained a lot of confidence in his integrity from the start and felt that he was extremely open and honest. He was very respectful when referring to the seller and was equally respectful towards me as the buyer. In my opinion he went beyond what I expected by sourcing quotes and opening the house for tradespeople (even after the transaction was completed) and all the while keeping me well informed with what he was doing and the status of the deal. There were no nasty surprises. The entire process was stress free and we completed the transaction on extremely good terms.
