When first looking at the property the agent was incredibly accommodating, communicated really well and made a lot of reassurances about the quality of the landlord and them as an agent. The property wasn’t exactly in top condition when I viewed it but they said if I sign the lease to start the following week the landlords would clean up over the weekend. When I got the keys the property was in exactly the same condition and I spent the first two days essentially do an end of lease clean, moving left behind furniture out of the house and spent several hundred getting the lawns and weeds under control, I contacted the agents office and was told it’s a ‘complicated situation’ with the previous tenant (interesting given they’ve since contacted me on behalf of this tenant about their mail that still comes here) and that they would speak to the landlord about compensation but I haven’t heard anything since. There have been a number of issues I’ve raised with them since moving in but my contact person there has changed twice now (without anyone actually telling me) and each time the new one doesn’t know anything about previous conversations. They seem to be able to communicate very well when they or the landlord want something but when it’s the other way around it’s near impossible.

Cara, Tayla and the team were extremely professional and caring from beginning to end and we had 100% confidence our investment property was being managed in the best possible way. Time was always taken to explain everything, nothing was too much trouble, any issues were dealt with quickly and good trades were sourced. Good insurance was arranged and even though the property wasn’t left in good condition at lease end we were given options that suited our situation and trades were arranged to return the property to excellent condition. Thanks again team next time I need a property managed I’ll be coming back.

I have been working with Ashley for quite some time to manage the two investment properties in Forrestfield. She has managed the properties through some difficult times including COVID, tough tenancies and a Subdivision. I have high praise for the effort. It made my life as a new investor quite pain less.
