Friendly and focussed on my interests
I have found them very helpful managing my investment property since I am new to the property game. They have given me sound advice on what to do and what to expect. They have been flexible and fluid with rates which helps extremely with the current interest rate situation. Punctual with communication and getting maintenance tasks carried out. Highly recommend

Good agent but a bit expensive
Lovely team and good property agent, they are a bit more on the expensive side and i'm a relatively new customer. So far my experience has been good.

Highly recommend
Without hesitation I would highly recommend the Property Management team at Professionals Stirling Clark. Abbey is professional, efficient, friendly, responds in a very timely manner and ensures the owners property is maintained/looked after to a high standard. Whilst we're currently tenants, should we own investment properties again in the future I wouldn't hesitate to use Abbey as our Property Manager.
