In the 2003 calendar year, he achieved third place in the state wide “Rookie of the Year” competition and the 2003/2004 financial year saw Grant achieve second best results by a representative within the top performing Kalamunda Office. The Office achieved Top Performing Metropolitan Office in WA in the same year, and Grant was inducted into the “Top Performers Club” in recognition of his multimillion dollar sales record. Very personable, Knowledgeable and helpful

Kip was very pleasant to deal with and was prompt in responding to my messages. He was helpful in answering any of my questions. Kip tried to assist me with the purchase of a smaller home, but he didn't have any properties that were suitable for me. As he advised me, it was difficult to purchase another property when it is subject to sale, as sellers were wanting deals and for me, I was competing against first home buyers. Overall, he did a great job! I can definitely recommend him.
