Before starting out in Real Estate, Alvin was an International Airline Pilot with Singapore Airlines. Grant began his real estate career in a local Kalamunda office in October 2002. In the 2003 calendar year, he achieved third place in the state wide “Rookie of the Year” competition and the 2003/2004 financial year saw Grant achieve second best results by a representative within the top performing Kalamunda Office. The Office achieved Top Performing Metropolitan Office in WA in the same year, and Grant was inducted into the “Top Performers Club” in recognition of his multimillion dollar sales record. Grant has completed his Diploma of Property through West Coast Property Training and has run the successful High Wycombe office since 2005. In 2010, he purchased the LJ Hooker Kalamunda office and together with business partner, Belinda Farrell, consolidated the two offices in 2017 to form one ‘super office’. In 2011, Grant reached the prestigious “Multi Million Dollar Captains Club” and in financial year 2011/2012, was the top selling agent in both number of properties sold and dollar turnover for the Kalamunda Shire. Grant’s sales turnover has continued to increase and in 2016 he was awarded ‘Life Membership’ in the Multi Million Dollar Captains Club.
