From the first conversation she took the time to understand the whole picture: the property, the paperwork, and the family. She then guided us through every single step of it. She also organised all the tradespeople we needed, and thanks to her, the unexpected work was done quickly at a time when plenty of other people were struggling to book anyone in at all. Having someone that steady in your corner during a difficult time is worth more than I can put into words. She kept us positive when we had every reason not to be. What we didn't expect was how much Louise would do herself. She weeded the garden, cleaned windows and bathrooms, vacuumed the house, and much more. We didn't ask. While we heard of other home opens around us being quiet, ours was a full house! She knows exactly how to get the right people through the door. She is unlike any other agent I've dealt with. People use the phrase "above and beyond", but Louise goes well past what "above and beyond" means. She could not have done more for us.
