We have dealt now with Professionals Stirling-Clark Forrestfield for over four years. During this time we have bought and sold our home, and acquired a rental property. On every occasion Scott has taken the time to listen and guide us in developing our approach to market. Market appraisals we have found have been on point. Issues and concerns we have had have been deal with promptly, and discussions have been straightforward and very much to the point. We think highly of Scott, and the Stirling-Clark Forrestfield team, and have no hesitation in recommending Scott to others.

Kip was great to deal with, very professional and excellent market knowledge and experience. He was patient while we prepared my parents' house for sale, then when we were ready, the property was sold almost immediately, with Kip negotiating a sale price which exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Kip was the selling agent of a property I bought. While in that circumstance, the agent is required to act in the best interests of the buyer, Kip went out of his way to facilitate an extra viewing of the property. Kip was very friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending Kip's services to anybody looking to sell property. Thank you Kip.

The combo of Bek and Kip for selling my home was an absolute winner! We had our first offer within 24 hours! Although that fell through, we had a signed offer within 2 weeks after only 2 home opens at an exceptional price slightly over what we'd been hoping for! Bek & Kip teamed up to keep us in the loop at all stages of the process, answering all the questions I had and helping every step of the way. Greatly appreciate their support and efficiency and highly recommend.
