Alvin and Kelly were absolutely brilliant in the process of selling our family home. From the very beginning they were prompt, attentive and considerate. We were a little apprehensive about selling as it was a massive decision and timing was our biggest deal. Alvin and Kelly were understanding but very professional in the way they managed that situation. The whole time they stayed in communication with us and were never pushy or made us feel uncomfortable. They never made us feel it was ALL ABOUT A SALE. The sale was so well done and very quick. Alvin was able to reach above and beyond our asking price and it was after one home open. Even after the sale of the property Alvin and Kelly continued the professional and friendly manner which was lovely as it showed me they were genuinely interested. They have a great knowledge of the profession they work in and with the market. I would most definitely go through Alvin again. 10/10 from me!
