I bought my first house in Perth from Scott on Christmas Eve which was beyond my expectation. Scott always responded to my questions in a timely fashion. He assisted me with signing contract remotely when I was traveling overseas. The entire purchase process was absolutely smooth from the first inquiry to settlement. I believe Scott has helped vendors to get best price and I’m extremely delighted to buy a house that I like. Definitely recommended!

Glen Newland found a house I instantly knew was going to be mine after I rang and asked if he could look out for me, save me going to every home open and being disappointed...his service and the way he deals with his clients is fantastic, from start to finish, so thankyou Glen and the team from Stirling Clark. .

Lee-Anne has sold houses for me in 2012 when other agents failed during this difficult period and got us a great price for the time. She then recently sold my mothers house for us in 2023 and got us a fantastic price, well above our expectations. Lee-Anne is always attentive, providing excellent updates and is always positive and a pleasure to work with. She has a great number of contacts for services to assist with the sale such as cleaners and gardeners and her photographer does an exceptional job. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lee-Anne she has done a great job for us on both occasions.

Lee-Anne was so helpful in us purchasing our property, From the first contact with her we were impressed with her communication and professionalism. During the buying process she went above our expectations in sorting out a number of hurdles along the way as we lived 135 km away and was always available to help us. Lee-Anne has excellent knowledge of our area and was so helpful in advising us of locations for transport, shops, doctors etc. We would definitely recommend Lee-Anne to anyone considering buying or selling a property.
