Scott worked to achieve an outcome for me that exceeded my expectations of price. Sale after first home open with 8 offers. After the sale Scott kept me up to date with progress reports.

Scott was a delight to deal with from day one, his communication was the key to making me comfortable with my decision to buy, I have previously sold through Scott and I can say without a doubt that he is a true professional. Weather buying or selling, Scott is my first choice

When it was time to sell my IP, I put aside a decent budget to get the property in shape. When I spoke to Scott, he convinced me it wasn't necessary, he could sell the place as is with no problems. He proved this point when the property was sold within 3 days of being on the market - well above the expected price after tactful negotiation between 3 parties. Overall, it was a seamless process, and Scott's relaxed and easygoing nature made him a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't recommend him more.

We are very satisfied with the approach taken by Kip in respect of our purchase of Denver Rise. He was open and helpful with any issues we needed clarifying and allowed us the space and time to examine the property.

Real estate Agent: Bec Basset Thank you so much for your help with buying our home. Someone told me that real estate agents work for only for seller’s interest, but you proved it wrong. Thank you for making the daunting process of buying, simple and easy to understand. Thank you for going extra mile, be it answering after-hour calls or taking measurements for me over the weekend (well before the settlement). Your insight was extremely valuable to us and I don't think we could have done this without you.
