We found Margie a pleasure to deal with. She has an intimate knowledge of the Perth hills, foothills and surrounds. Her no nonsense approach was appreciated. Margie had the price point for the property spot on, no overpricing, no underpricing. Communication was the perfect balance of contact and information without ever over contacting. I had no idea on which selling agent to use or even get an idea on the value of my property in wattle grove. I checked on real estate.com and Alvin had the most sales so I requested him to give me an idea on price. After the first meeting, it was a quick decision to sell and I went with Alvin's advice. Being so prominent in the area he suggested he may be able to find a buyer before going to market and suggested we try 1 open with the potential buyers he already knew were looking. And it sold! 😁
