Alvin was such a friendly, approachable agent from the moment we met him. He was attentive to our needs and wants in a house and made us aware of new properties coming to market that may suit us. From the time of making an offer to settlement, Alvin was respectful, prompt, knowledgeable, honest and a breeze to deal with. His calm manner was a delight to work with and actually refreshing after dealing with many ‘pushy’ agents beforehand. Nothing was ever too much of an ask and he went above and beyond for us.
