Joe at Professionals Real Estate explained the current market very well and set a realistic expectation of price for me. He said he could get the price I was after if I gave him time to do it. I wasn't in a hurry so agreed. In the end he got exactly what I wanted in less than 4 months. He kept me informed the whole time and when he went of holidays, his team filled in with the same good service. I will use him again.

Not only did he achieve a fantastic price for us but the fact that a signature and initial deposit was acquired within 3 days of our house going live on the internet. We were blessed in that we did not need to go through weeks of open day inspections and a nerve racking auction speaks volumes of Johns abilities. Choosing Joseph to sell my home was an easy decision. After dealing with nearly every agent in the area when I was looking to buy, Joseph & the Professionals were the only agency to actually take the time to assist and show me homes with care. I was blown away with the customer service. Others were more interested in pressuring me or barely took the time to tour me through homes and were more interested in playing with their phones! Joseph was so far and above the rest that when it came time to sell many months later, he was my first call because I knew the care he would take with my home. Throughout the sales process, Joe showed he has absolute market knowledge and the right skills to get the job done and achieved a price well above my expectations in a short time. Not once did I feel pressured and I knew he had my best interests at heart. He did all viewings for my home and didn't palm the responsibility to a junior agent. Joe is the kind of agent you hire if you want to have a truly positive experience when selling and get a great result to cap it off - basically he is the only agent you should look to. To anybody thinking of selling, you only need to make one phone call to Joe Abraham and it is guaranteed that you will be in the safest of hands. Our house is sold and it makes very little difference to me in writing this review. However, I have dealt with real estate agencies in Geelong, Newcomb, Tullamarine, St Albans and now also in Sydney and I am yet to find a better service than Joseph Abraham from Professionals. We purchased our house from Professionals in Hillside and we sold our house with Professionals. I would highly recommend Joseph to you for selling your house. The service from start to finish was better than I had anticipated. Other agents that I have used I would generally be contacting them to get updates and find out how things were going but Joseph kept us up to speed throughout the entire campaign of the sale. I felt very comfortable and secure in trusting Josephs judgement on helping us through the sale. Again I cant recommend Professionals enough, thanks again

I recently purchased a home as a buyer from Jessica and she was one of the best I have dealt with. Having looked at a lot of homes to buy I encountered agents that did no care, could not answer basic questions about the properties for sale and gave me no confidence. Jessica was none of these - she knew all about the property, was consultative and understood my needs, promptly returned all of my calls and e-mails and went above and beyond in making the process as easy as possible for me.
