Buying a property does come with its stresses, however the experience was a whole lot different dealing with Joe. His knowledge, experience and ability to build a great relationship quickly made it that much smoother and seamless while buying my first property. With multiple inspection and questions he was always available to walk me through them all and build a great understanding. I didn't only come out with a house, but also a lot of knowledge gained through the journey with Joe which is an experience I hadn't received with other agents.
