Nic is very professional, friendly and energetic. He is actually contactable any day, any time. He said thaid that he'd advertise in all the media outlets, and that's what happened. There were so many visual signs around the area, it was like confetti at a wedding. If I was to do it all again.... Absolutely. He worked really hard to advertise, and sell our house in a really short amount of time. A very pleasant experience.

My experience with Denise was trouble-free, her local market knowledge is exceptional and the team are extremely easy to deal with! Denise's initial appraisal was accurate whereas others were unrealistic. Both Denise and the Wellstead Team were very supportive and responsive whilst I was working abroard making the process far less stressful. All smaller concerns where dealt with in a timely manner and reasonable fees were charged in doing so. The Settlement process was also stress-free and dates and times were precise. Denise and the Wellstead team come highly recommended and I can't thank them enough for their professionalism throughout what should have been a stressful time.

He did not use cringe sales tactics or underhand techniques to sell us the house. He made the process very enjoyable and had a pleasant, professional manner. He got back to our enquiries and questions, mostly within the hour, or within the day for more complicated matters.
