From the start, Nic had a clear plan, kept everything stress-free, and backed it all with the kind of confidence that makes you think, “yep, this is going to work.” We went from professional photos ( including virtual staging, drone shots and floor plan), to advertising to home open to "Under offer " in FIVE days !!!!
