Choosing Nick and his team, to sell my home was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Their marketing strategy attracted a lot of interest, and I received an offer in just one week. Nick’s communication was prompt, and clear, and he is deeply knowledgeable about the realestate trends. So, if you’re looking for an agent who genuinely cares, easy to talk to, and knows the market inside and out, call Nick Pulvirenti!!

Nic was excellent to work with. After I engaged him he had it online the next day and sold 3 days later. He got the price I wanted and kept me informed the whole way through. Very easy to deal with and always felt like he was looking after us. Would definitely recommend.

For full transparency — I work with Nic Pulvirenti… so yes, I knew he was good. What I didn’t expect was just how good. From the start, Nic had a clear plan, kept everything stress-free, and backed it all with the kind of confidence that makes you think, “yep, this is going to work.” We went from professional photos ( including virtual staging, drone shots and floor plan), to advertising to home open to "Under offer " in FIVE days !!!! Even knowing how he operates behind the scenes, I’m still impressed. Watching it play out from the client side was something else. If you’re after someone who genuinely knows what they’re doing (and makes the whole process feel easy), I can confidently say — both as a colleague and a very happy seller — Nic Pulvirenti is your guy.
