Denise has a wealth of knowledge around the Bassendean area and was our first choice of an age to sell our home. Super reliable with quick and accurate responses to our queries along the way. Leads the team at Wellstead to make sure the experience was positive and achieve a great price.

The Wellstead team have managed my investment property's for the past 10 years and now they have been sold. Denise and her team are very professional and it has been a pleasure having them manage and the sale of my property's.

Our sale was tricker due to it being an older house with some issues. Negotiations with our buyers were expertly navigated by Denise and Paul. I guess sometimes these transactions are pretty cut and dry. When things happen that you can’t anticipate, professionals like these guys are worth their weight. It’s not just about being a salesperson. Denise has proven reputation built over years on ethics. You won’t regret asking her to sell your house but you might regret asking someone else.
