As a buyer targeting balga had previously ran in to Ronnie many times at various home opens and had given personal contact details to . I didn’t receive a bombardment or general emails each day as some other agents do as he knew what I was looking for and not throwing every listing at me. What I was looking for came up on domain I made the call to Ronnie and had a private inspection that afternoon and put a offer in prior to the weekend scheduled home open. Generally people think the agent just makes their money form listing to a signed acceptance but I can tell you it’s not true I had a tricky settlement involving 3 party’s and a security transfer. The real work for Ronnie and the office started after that and I can tell anyone that they were the first to respond to the cc emails any amendments and resigning was dealt with promptly I was always waiting on the other party’s involved. Now that I have moved to the area all I see Ronnie and the professionals wright team everywhere with the under offer stickers on the sign so if you a buyer or seller I’d highly recommend to have chat to Ronnie

I have brought and sold many properties in Perth and have to say that Ronnie Abboud has to be the best I have dealt with. He is a very trustworthy agent who kept me informed at every level. Ronnie was employed on our behalf as we are in the UK. He valued the property initially for us, recommending doing a complete house clearance, and several workmen were involved as house was left in a terrible state. He recommended the work which was needed, we set a budget and he co ordinated all the repair works, clearance of house and garden. When house was ready for sale he marketed it beautifully and very honestly. I cannot praise him highly enough he oversaw everything on our behalf communicating with both myself and our solicitor. He was extremely helpful, professional, and kept us constantly up to date with progress. When house was first open, he had several offers which he went through thoroughly and got us a buyer almost immediately. We were so thankful to have such an honest , hard working person working for us. I would thoroughly recommend appointing Ronnie if you are thinking of selling your property, he did an amazing job for us.
