Review of agent

I moved to Melbourne over a year ago and had rented out my unit in Perth. I was watching the real estate market and made the decision finally to sell. I had noticed that Stephanie had recently sold a unit in my complex and reached out. Stephanie went and did an appraisal and followed up with me in regard to that. As I wasn’t ready to sell Stephanie kept in contact and kept me updated of the movement of real estate in WA. Due to her diligence with follow up I decided to list the property for sale with her. All through the sale process I was regularly updated to the progress. I had an incident at the property with a leak which Stephanie discovered . She quickly jumped into action to minimise damage on my behalf which could have blown out to a very costly repair. Through the whole transaction Stephanie was professional, friendly, diligent and always kept me informed. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell in the future.
