Steve established Statewide Industrial Property in 2007 a successful agency in Wetherill Park that housed 7 employee’s and built it to become the leading agency in the area in 5 years. In 2010 the office won the prestigious award for “best real estate agency in Fairfield City Council”. In 2015 Steve relocated to Concord and in 2017 Steve joined Elite Part­ners Real Estate in Five Dock. His vision is simple to “Provide property solutions going that extra mile”. Lilly is the co owner of Elite Partners, she completed her certificate of Property Services in 2018 and is currently undergoing her diploma in property services to obtain her license. After a very successful career in the corporate world, Lilly decided to join the family business In January 2018 to be along side her husband Steve. Lilly’s high work ethic, strong drive and maturity helps her to be a true professional and a first-class property manager. She also speaks and understands Croatian language. Having worked with the government since 2003 in the legal department dealing with policy, procedures & customer service, she was one of the rare employees, who always went over and above her targets and was well sought after in her role. This means that she understands both the clients and customers’ making her a valuable asset to the company. Lilly’s vision is to become the leading and most sought after property manager in the inner west. Lily is excited about the opportunity to be part of a young & vibrant team who has serviced the local community since 1998. Lilly’s role is to focus on heading up our property management department in the inner west suburbs of Russell Lea, Five Dock, Abbotsford, Wareemba, Chisiwick, Drummoyne, Concord, Concord West, Cabarita & Breakfast Point.

Edwina started in property management in 2010, working with a leading property management group, assisting in the management of a high volume of properties and managing the day to day administrative functions of the company. In 2017, Edwina moved with her family to Five Dock and joined the team at Elite Partners. Edwina’s strengths lie in her strong customer service ethic and time management ability. A natural relationship builder and communicator, Edwina is excited to be part of the Elite team and is a valuable asset to the company. Edwina’s role focuses on property management; particularly the communication with tenants and owners and assisting in the administration and management of the office.
