Very genuine, helpful, soft spoken, patient and very knowledgeable in the area he specialises in.
We had been searching for a block of land to build our forever home for some time. We have bought and sold homes so we are not new to the process however looking for your forever home has a bit of emotion and depth tied into the decision making process (my partner may disagree on the emotion part 😊). We first came across Steve when we looked at a home in this dream area and found him to be very genuine, helpful, soft spoken, patient and very knowledgeable in the area. Unfortunately we missed out on that purchase but had high regard for Steve as a real estate agent after that process. Since then it took us 1.5yrs of dealings with numerous agents some good however most agents tend to put us under extreme pressure, numerous offers on properties from that first encounter, to come across Steve again. When we undertook our fist inspection we were at ease to see Steve again knowing we wont be hoodwinked. Steve whole heartedly had his sellers best interest in place and advocated for the seller which proved his genuineness to us. We made a couple of offers before agreeing on a price, not once did Steve put that pressure upon us. His communication was open and honest and most of all he was extremely patient and provided us with information to assist us make that informed decision our self. We ended up purchasing through Steve in our dream area. We will not hesitate in recommending Steve and will most certainly be engaging Steve for selling a home.

Highly personable and attentive agent.
I find it easy to recommend Steve Tabor real estate agent to any family or individual searching for their ideal home/property. Steve is an attentive agent that never made me feel like i was on a production line and he did not waste my time with information that was not in line with my property needs. All my calls and emails were answered promptly and Steve negotiated a purchase price that was good for me, and i am sure made the seller happy as well. Thanks Steve and good luck in the future.

If you want your house sold by a real estate agent who truly cares for her clients, Teresa Berger is the best. Teresa went above and beyond in selling my house, as well as assisting me in the whole moving process. No other agent knows the Benowa and Ashmore market like Teresa and it's why many past clients come back to her again and again when they sell. Outstanding Service from Steve!
Steve was very responsive during the negotiation process and the teasing problems we had after signing the sales contract, I did not have to call him, he would keep in touch at all times to report on progress and advise what the next step would be. Steve did not give up and found reasons for the seller and us to continue this transaction. It would not have happened if Steve was only doing the job of an Estate Agent. Thank you.

Thanks Mark for the very helpful guidance in preparing our property for sale. We know it looked its best and your professionalism and guidance made it as easy as possible for us. No more 'Open Houses' - yeah!!! We would have liked to have sold at a better price, but we know the times are very difficult and we think we got the best price we could have.
