Working with and experienced, professional local agent.
From the moment we decided to sell Murray he was on the case with inspections and working on conjunctions with other agents, before the house even hit the internet I believe we had about six inspections three offers and then sold the house within two days of the house becoming live. Murray had the job of sifting through a couple of low ball offers but got the job done and he actually got us well above what our expectations where.

Good honest and down to earth with no BS.
TERESA is a “breath of fresh air” when you compare her to the so-called Prestige Agents who will tell you anything to get a listing and then can’t deliver. She is an expert on the property market in her area and gives you an honest appraisal of you property and goes about her job in a very professional manner which is difficult to find on the Gold Coast where there are more Sharks on the Ground than in the Water. Both myself and my wife can recommend her to anyone buying or selling their property on the Gold Coast.

Excellent experience allround
Mark's intimate knowledge of the property we purchased at auction was very extensive and any questions we asked which he could not answer immediately were followed up promptly. Being well informed about the property made our decision to buy at auction so much easier.

Mark went beyond the ‘call of duty’
To Mark and the team Firstly, a huge thanks for selling our home under the hammer on the 1st February 2020. Our home had been on the market for quite a while, it wasn’t until we changed our agent to Mark Carew and he convinced us to sell by Auction, that we decided to give it a go. Selling by Auction was never a preferred method of selling but we have since changed our minds!! Mark went beyond the ‘call of duty’ – as we were absent from the property a lot of the time – Mark was always there to let tradies access the property, water the lawn, or even skim the leaves out of the pool. Nothing was ever an issue. During the Auction campaign, which was a month leading up to the Auction, he never run out of suggestions of how to market and advertise the property in difference forms of media. We were surprised at the number of people we were getting at each Open Home – these were genuine interested people – we had never had Open Homes in the entire period of the property on the market, this was our choice hence the property was on the market a long time. Well done Mark!! PS To any sellers out there – listen to your agent – they know best – go see Mark!!
