Without a doubt the best agent we have dealt with
As we were from NSW and did not know the QLD system for buying, Teresa was always available to answer all the questions we had and very pro-active with providing information we were unaware of. Teresa said she would sell our house before auction day, and she was right! She negotiated the price we wanted and made the entire sales process smooth and easy. Low key professional
As a buyer you want enough information to make and informed choice during the actual buying process. And not to be harassed every moment thereafter whilst conditions are being met. Steve was great, as helpful as he could be initially (as he is the sellers agent) and kept the rest of the process helpful and understated. Just what suited us. We would definitely use Steve if we were selling.
