Ian and Denise Wellstead are the principals and business owners of Professionals Wellstead Team and have been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. In 2007 Ian and Denise completed a purpose built real estate office on Old Perth Road in the heart of Bassendean. At this time they commenced with the Professionals group after having been part of the Roy Weston franchise for many years, which had ceased operating as a brand. The building features modern facilities and is fitted out with the latest technology assuring clients the very best in terms of location and convenience. Ian and Denise have the ideal working arrangement. Ian is at the helm of the business, being the person in bona fide control which frees Denise up to be dedicated to listing and selling. Above and beyond

We viewed a rental with the Professionals Wellstead team. Not only did Natasha make herself available for a personal viewing when we could attend, but having been offered another property with a 3 hour deadline until the deposit was due, she and Sue turned around the approval for us with 15 minutes to spare! Couldn’t ask for more than that. They also fixed a minor fault very quickly after we moved in. Great service and very helpful.
