It would have been a challenge for me to manage without her. Karen has been assisting with leasing the house and again has been critical to showing the house and has sought strong tenants at good price. The service displayed by Rob & The Professionals team has been a welcome change after months of applying for rentals in such a competitive market. Other agents presented quite dismissive, were often non communicative, no pride taken in presenting a rental, and provided little to no feedback on request - and why would they when they know the property is going to be tenanted regardless, right? Well, this has not been my experience with the team at The Professionals.
