I can’t rate my experience with Nic more highly. I initially reached out to Nic only because I was curious about a sale he had made in my complex and he was very happy to chat with me about my future intentions of selling. He was understanding that I wasn’t quite ready to sell due to some complexity in my personal life and wasn’t pushing me to lock in a decision until I was ready. As soon as I was in a position to sell he acted fast and had a buyer for me almost immediately and got me a price that I genuinely didn’t think I would achieve. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nic to anyone who was looking for an organised, motivated and genuinely nice person to deal with. Thanks Nic for everything you’ve done for me!
