Whilst I was delighted that my property was under offer after the first home open , there was poor customer service that followed. A building inspection report was not passed onto me for 9 days , leaving only 4 working days for me to address any issues . This created undue stress and anxiety for me, as tradies are incredibly difficult to attain. When the report was sent to me , it was accompanied by an unprofessional attempt at an apology. Yes a quick sale is important but so is being supported right throughout the period leading up to settlement.

A big thank you to Paul HANICH and the Wellstead team Bassendean for the professional handling of the sale of our mother’s property recently. From the first meeting we knew we were in good hands. Paul recommended Strategic Property Conveyancing for settlement and Mel was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
