Difficult market to sell a block in its location however Nic was consistent to his sale always kept us informed and followed through promptly after any discussion ,always listened and gave advice. Although we didn’t get our asking price Nic made sure we were happy with our decision and there was no push for a sale unless we were satisfied .He has a great future in sales will use him in the future and recommend him.

Property being purchased had insurance work being completed from water damage. Wellstead went out of their way and found items that had not been completed that when we moved in would have frustrating, such as missing power points for microwave and dishwasher.. Also we had a complicated settlement due to 2 houses being sold by other agent for us which they they where happy to work with. Definitely would recommend this professional company. Thanks.
