Too easy..
I had a wonderful experience with Paul and his Team from Property Central. From our first meeting I felt comfortable and 'in the know' with everything that was happening. Paul was easy to talk to and get along with which made him very approachable and the whole experience an easy one. I would call Paul straight away if ever was to sell again.

Ultimate pleasant selling experience
We found Leon was very knowledgeable and experienced in the local area, this helped us come to a realistic value when putting our house on the market. Leon's negotiation skills ensured we got the best price for our house. Our house was sold with in three weeks. We approached Leon long before we were ready to sell, out of all the agents that talked to us at numerous open houses, Leon was the only one that did not push and harass us, he always made sure we were informed at every step of the way. As shown by the stars above we believe he rates 100% in every area. Thank you Leon

Great Agent
Lee Waterhouse and the team at Property Central made selling our home a very low stress experience. Continually touching base and keeping us informed and fully aware of market trends and buyer attitudes. Lee and the team were extremely helpful in advising us of which offers were unreasonable and those they believed we could work with, which ultimately secured us a buyer and a price we were happy with. We would definitely recommend Lee and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell.

The best in the business
I write this review to sincerely thank Lee Waterhouse & all the Property Central team. Having a great marketing campaign & sales process, allowed Lee to use his sales skills, knowledge & experience to deliver a tremendous result. Having constant updates, both verbally & by email was reassuring to know the sale was in good hands. It is not with any surprise that Property Central, Lee Waterhouse & the very helpful staff have won all the real estate agent awards on offer & i'm sure they will continue to excel, as they are without doubt the best in the business. I cannot recommend them enough as the real estate agent of choice.

Jack of all trades!
Our sale was far from typical. My wife Erica and I first met Paul and Sharon several years back when looking for an investment property. We were living in Leonay and loved it and could tell Paul had fantastic knowledge, experience and passion for the area. My wife and I were overseas at the time we bought and his team made it simple from start to finish. The decision to sell our first home was very difficult and daunting. It involved restructuring finances on our investment property, finishing renovations on the house to be sold, selling in a fast timeframe and getting a price that would provide financial security for our young family (Patrick 2 years and Angus 2 months however 6 weeks premature). We had decided to relocate some 7 hours away changing careers and pursuing a new business venture. You could say there was a lot changing in a short space of time. Paul assisted with all of this and went above and beyond his "job". The beauty of Paul is he is not just a real estate agent. He's a business owner, a dad, a husband, home owner, investor and a local among many many other things. These things together actually made a complex and daunting sequence of events that had to happen far easier and we couldn't have been happier. Even finding trades to help us finish last minute jobs that didn't matter to the buyer but mattered to us he had our back. A massive thank you to Paul, Sharon and the entire Property Central Team.
