Before we had even signed with Paul, we were very impressed with his honesty, clear communication and market knowledge. We were so pleased that we chose Paul and the Property Central team to sell our house. We had previously listed with another agency, and had no response for nearly 5 months. With a few asthetic changes to our property (mostly at our discretion) and a booming advertsing campaign, we had sold after only 8 days and only 1 open home. The whole team were very supportive to us, especially with the timing of the sale, following our renovations and delays etc. They were very accomodating with inspection times etc always considering that we have 2 young children. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially in comparison to previous non-events. Thank you again to Paul, Sharon, Simone and Matt. Paul and his team (Sharon and Simone) did an amazing job of selling our house. They were professional and caring which put our minds at ease during what can be a most stressful time. They found the buyer for our home very quickly and then supported the buyer throughout the process of cooling off and settlement.
