Greer moved to the Sunshine Coast from New Zealand over 35 years ago with her family to enjoy the beautiful beaches and the lifestyle opportunities Australia has on offer and now proudly considers herself a Sunshine Coast local! We also hear that she makes a mean Mexican Lasagne!! With nearly 25 years of experience in Property Management, Greer has exceptional industry knowledge and is well versed in all aspects of her role within our team. Greer’s previous positions have provided her with a wealth of experience, particularly in conflict resolution and in the communication between both landlords and tenants alike. Greer enjoys professional development and ongoing industry training to ensure she always maintains a sound knowledge of legislation and continues to progress within her career. Greer’s role involves management of tenancy applications, condition reports, vacate and general inspections, maintenance and rental arrears. She has a friendly and outgoing personality.
