The Property Management team at McGrath Caloundra are certainly 6-star. They managed the transition process from another agency across to their team with ease (well, that's how it seemed to me) and professionalism; keeping everyone onside and up to date with progress, including the previous PM team, the tenants and myself. It became apparent very quickly that the tenants were vacating. The McGrath Caloundra team managed to source high-quality, long-term tenants within a very short time, leaving minimal vacancy time.
