The sale of our much loved family home had the potential to be a very stressful time for us. From our first meeting with Belinda Owsnett from the Professionals Padstow, we knew she was the perfect Real Estate Agent for us. Her gentle manner and caring nature was immediately evident to us all. Belinda's vast experience in obtaining potential buyers, following up with them and providing updates to us regularly was fantastic. Belinda has a very comprehensive knowledge of the property market and ensures that each property she is entrusted with is presented in the best possible way to attract buyers. We were confident that Belinda would achieve a good outcome for us, this she certainly did despite the challenging market at the time. There were many interested parties at Auction, not a spare parking space in the street which is a testament to Belinda's ability and expertise. It is our absolute pleasure to recommend Belinda Owsnett to anyone requiring an experienced, professional, caring Real Estate Agent who works tirelessly for her clients.
