Assad got to know me, my house and did an awesome job selling it. I 100% recommend for anyone to sell their home with him. Assad was always available for any questions and he definitely went over and above during the whole process. I appreciate that he was available after hours and even on his days off. We had fantastic results with the sale on auction day. The best part is that once the papers were signed, the communication and service didn’t end there. Not only was the service, care and dedication fantastic, the fees and charges for the sale were very fair and reasonable. There was no games and the first commission rate he offered me was lower than others. If you want someone genuine and professional, go with Assad.
