Outstanding result on the sale of our house by Todd, Natasha and all the team at Professionals Padstow. Short campaign with maximum punch. Todd’s communication throughout was exemplary and we can not recommend Todd and his team more highly.

From the first meeting to the final negotiations, Dean has been a great source of knowledge and support. We were always kept up to date and felt that Dean set us realistic goals for our home so we would never be disappointed. Dean was also professional in all aspects of the selling process and acted with great integrity. Dean really made our home shine. Our home was sold at a price that exceed our expectations and we are ecstatic. We would highly recommend Dean and his team for anyone looking to sell a home.

Starting with the initial discussion and the final outcome, the engagement with Dean and Kayla was excellent. My wife & I were fully briefed by Dean during the first meeting and expectations set were realistic compared to the exisiting market situation. Dean kept us informed at every stage of the process. The COVID-19 situation did not help matters as it was difficult to manage the 'Open House' but Dean was confident of obtaining a good outcome for us with the sale. The settlement process also went through smoothly. My wife & I are very happy with the outcome and would engage Professionals Padstow for any real estate support in future. Thanks Dean & Kayla.

Living up the coast and having to sell Mums house could have been a nightmare. Bill was amazing as I had limited time to organize and had many other issues to sort out. I contacted Bill and 1 hour later he was at the house with an appraisal of the surrounding area. I couldn't believe it and he is so easy and accommodating, explaining every step of the way, and ringing me regularly. He also helped with organizing other services to ensure the house looked its best. He is helpful, caring and enthusiastic. Would highly recommend Bills services.
