Purchase of our new home
After some searching, we found our new home - Bill Kordos was the selling agent. We found him to be upfront with the price range (not just a guide price) & very knowledgeable in respect to the duplex he was commissioned to sell. Bill went out of his way to answer our questions pertaining to a possible additional “alfresco area”, history of the builder, features of the duplex as well as feedback from the current tenants. All of this information was instrumental in us making our “big” decision.
