I recently had the pleasure of having both Josh Sammut and Todd Owsnett from Professionals Padstow as my agents for the sale of our home. In a sluggish market, and having had a terrible experience selling in the past, I was very apprehensive about this process to begin with, but Josh and Todd were the perfect combination of knowledgable, positive and confident. Impeccably professional every step of the way. The campaign was faultless, the photographs for our marketing wonderful, and the whole (large!) sales team at The Professionals inspected the property so they were familiar with it. As a result, and just as Josh and Todd predicted, we sold our home fast! Much faster than expected...after just one weekend, and with a price we are happy with. They negotiated on our behalf skilfully on price, settlement length and all the other details that matter. I would describe Josh as an expert in his field who was a total pleasure to deal with.
