We purchased this property from Bill 8 years ago so it was a no brainer to give back the property for sale to Dean and Bill. The sale process was very quick and professional and my husband and I were kept informed of the progress. The auction was a success and I would not hesitate to recommend Property Place as an agent. As we have been both vendor and purchasers we can give a true perspective

The team was very professional and responsive during the inspection, answering every question promptly and with great expertise. Their attitude was excellent—friendly and approachable. What impressed me the most was that I had submitted an inquiry about a small issue, and by the time I attended the inspection, it had already been resolved by Owsnett. This showed their efficiency and attentiveness to customer concerns. Throughout the entire purchasing process, I could feel the professionalism and warmth of the whole team. Highly recommended!
