Excellent Service!!
Would 100% recommend Property Plus Real Estate, in particular Tyler McKeown who has managed our investment property since 2017. Always particularly impressed by her prompt response to addressing issues and finding quality tenants for our property. Great Agent - Friendly Service
Katie Newlan at Property Plus Real Estate is great! She managed my property at a different agency and I was sad to hear she left. It took me a while to find out where she had moved onto but transferred my property across as soon as did. Katie is thorough, understands my needs and ensures that my property is maintained to a high standard by tenants.

Superb service, recommended to landlords and tenants.
Bendigo property plus have managed my property investments for about three years now. I have found that the service to myself and my tenants is without equal in Bendigo. As a landlord, the quality of the tenants has increased substantially since the move to property plus. Importantly the tenants requests are taken care of happily, quickly and efficiently. Transferring my properties to the management of property plus was absolutely painless even though the tenants at the time were mid lease. I have recommended property plus to multiple colleagues friends and family and will continue to do so.
