Greg Fathers, with his finger on the pulse and his expertise of the Region, I engaged Greg to Sell My Vacant Land in Tarnagulla. It is land that I have had for over 23 years and I’m had no idea of what its value was, but I did know how much that I had spent on it, especially over the last few years with getting it surveyed, and solicitors charges, rates, and outgoings etc. I put my complete trust in Greg, never having met him and we only ever had one conversation on the telephone. We did the whole transaction via email correspondence. It was excellent way of conducting the transaction as I was unable to get to Bendigo. Greg knew the Value, the Tarnagulla township and region, having sold many properties in the location. I left the whole thing up to him, he priced it, advertised it, came back with two offers in just a couple of months. He helped arrange some clearing of the block, some rear fencing and repairs. It was all too easy, I can’t believe just how smoothly the whole process was. I could not recommend him (Greg Fathers) highly enough, an honest, and knowledgeable real Estate agent Salesman. If you need someone to sell or are thinking of purchasing property, then I fully trust and recommend Greg Father’s from Property Plus, Bendigo. It is unheard of in the big smoke to put such trust into a Real Estate Agent, but our Country Cousins are trustworthy, and Greg is one of the Best in the Business.
