Even though the property took awhile to sell due to market conditions, Nathan persisted with showing prospective buyers through and holding open houses whenever we could. He continually kept me updated, even co—ordinated some home improvements I needed to do and ensured the property was in tiptop condition for settlement when I was out of the country.
