Licia handled the sale of my late father's home in Floreat. She has a wealth of real estate knowledge but was not particularly familiar with the Floreat market. Advertising for the home was free but was limited to the most popular websites. The home information on these websites initially had several errors and a poor photo but Licia corrected these once I pointed them out. Licia held home opens each weekend for several weeks but after an initial flurry these did not generate a lot of interest. She also showed potential buyers over the property at times which better suited them. When an offer, which was $150,000 below the asking price, came along Licia recommended making a counter offer rather than dropping the advertised price by $50,000 and seeing if this generated more interest. The home finally sold for $100,000 below the original advertised price. Licia was able to recommend a settlement agent. Overall I was happy with Licia's handling of the sale of my late father's home.
